It’s rarely easy.
The task may be easy.
But the conviction to ask? Not so much.
There’s fear there.
Resistance.
Unease.
It’s safer to stand still.
Remain within that bubble.
Keep yourself safe and secure.
Yet often, these are just stories.
Stories we tell ourselves.
Stories other people tell us.
Stories deeply embedded within.
At any time, what you need to do is rarely easy to do. The biggest battle is with yourself, to step beyond and make that step.
